Shipping policy

Countries

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. However, if you are an international customer, outside of Canada and the United States, please contact us and we can work to get the product delivered to you. 

Shipping Times

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed.

Canada: After the order has been processed, orders will be shipped within 4 - 8 business days. 

United States: After the order has been processed, orders will be shipped within 5 - 10 business days. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs will vary based on your location. 

Customs and Taxes

All additional fees, such as customs, duties, taxes, and tariffs are the customer's responsibility. MKB Collections is not responsible for these additional fees that will be applied after shipping.
